  5. Our employees are also owners of our company. We encourage a culture of ownership to align the interests of our employee/owners with the goals of our clients and the firm. Individual equity interests are adjusted annually to ensure that each employee is treated fairly. This allows us to attract and retain the best people over time.
  6. Our goal is to be the best, not the biggest. We say this for two reasons. First, by focusing on mid-cap and emerging growth companies, we are serving a defined market. Second and most important, we seek to provide the entire resources and services of the firm to our clients.
