While the origins of the firm date back over 25 years, the current firm began to take shape when the employees purchased the business in two tranches during 2000 and 2002. While a number of the 12 principal members of the original buyout group have since gone on to do other things, we are proud to have a total of 36 partners and 102 shareholders in the business today.
